Meditation, Tai Chi & Mindfulness: Practice & Progress

The last time we touched base we had just finished a 10 day silent meditation retreat in Japan, and now we are finishing up our last day of a 10 day Tai Chi class in Thailand. What did we think of Tai Chi and how did it reinforce what we learned at the meditation retreat and from reading various books about/by the Dalai Lama? We discuss this and give you some insight into various aspects of these teachings.
